At the end of 2022 I found myself at a crossroads; I had just been through one of the largest layoffs in the history of my company, and the tech industry was in a weird spot. I have always been a people-centric UX leader, and I saw an opportunity to move into an adjacent space to support people to step into their brilliance.

I have over 15 years experience as a Senior Product Design leader at companies such as Meta (formerly Facebook), Workday, and in the medical device industry. I've supported teams as small as 6 and organizations as large as 40+. I've always had a passion for supporting people, and through coaching I am able to leverage my strengths and experience to support people and teams through a coaching lens.

I am a certified professional co-active coach (CPCC), and I provide 1:1 coaching, career coaching, executive coaching, and team coaching.
